About: Endeavor Search Partners consults financial advisors on their career paths by helping them evaluate options, make necessary introductions and negotiate the best possible deals for their business.

Objective: Create an aesthetically pleasing website that establishes Endeavor Search Partners as experts in their fields, while repackaging free resources in exchange for leads.

Challenge: Limited assets. The client was working with mostly copy content. The website had to launch with a cohesive look & feel, position their founders and team in the best possible light while appealing to both younger financial investors and established financial institutions.

Solution: I prepared a few design directions for Michael and his team. We discussed the benefits and each until they came to a decision that they felt represented their firm the best. This design direction helped each member of Michael’s team to get professional photos taken while all working remote and produce cohesive assets. Further, I repackaged their Due Diligence document into a beautiful downloadable file that interested candidates can download in exchange for their information - giving Michael and his team constant leads. The result was a modern website fit for financial advisors but also spoke to established banking giants, gaining trust and delivering results on both sides
